The 20cm blade is Honbazuke-honed, giving an incredibly sharp edge that’s perfect for cutting all types of meat, fish and vegetables. The blade is made up of 132 layers of stainless steel, making it an incredibly durable and stain resistant knife.

The symmetrical edge means you can use it right handed or left handed and the black ash handle transitions seamlessly to the blade, giving you full control of the knife.
