The Wusthof WT1040331317 formerly known as the WT4176B is the updated and latest version of the superbly engineered Wusthof Knife. It features the updated logo and branding and all the most recent design developments from this world class German Knife manufacturer.

An alternative to the chef’s knife. Great for cutting, chopping and mincing vegetables. The blade has a straighter edge than a chef’s knife and has a blunted sheepsfoot-tip blade with a thinner spine. It can easily slice thin-boned and boneless meats, fish and vegetables.

The Wusthof Classic Ikon 17cm Santoku knife is the Japanese version of a traditional style cooks knife, the hollow edge helps to stop items sticking to the blade.
