The Wusthof WT1040330723 formerly known as the WT4506/23B is the updated and latest version of the superbly engineered Wusthof Knife. It features the updated logo and branding and all the most recent design developments from this world class German Knife manufacturer.

A carving knife is used to slice thin cuts of meat such as poultry, roasts, hams and other large cooked meats. The blade is thinner than a chef’s knife for more precise slices of meat.

Classic Ikon knives feature a distinctive, double bolster design for professional-style heft, exceptional balance and beauty. The handle is made of a highly durable synthetic material – Polyoxymethylene (POM) – which has a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration. The elegant shape of the handle is designed for a comfortable grip. The Classic Ikon 20cm Carving Knife has a longer and narrower blade than a Cook’s Knife. This allows for the knife to cleanly cut through meats. The pointed tip is designed to help guide meat away from the bone.
