An alternative to the chef’s knife. Great for cutting, chopping and mincing vegetables. The blade has a straighter edge than a chef’s knife and has a blunted sheepsfoot-tip blade with a thinner spine. It can easily slice thin-boned and boneless meats, fish and vegetables.

The full tang (the extension of the blade into the handle) makes our knives highly stable. It also provides a counterweight to the blade to achieve perfect balance.

Made of a special white synthetic material, the handle fits comfortably in your hand; it bends slightly downwards at the end to prevent slipping.

The dimpled edge creates small cushions of air, making thin slices and soft foods less likely to stick to the blade.

In contrast to a plain edge, the serrated edge has a second serration nested within it. The effect: impressive power and control.
