At ProKnife Store, we take pride in delivering premium cutlery with the same precision you expect from our knives. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for your convenience.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- All protective coverings must be intact
- Knives must show no signs of sharpening or use
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our Sheffield team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request
- Complete the Return/Exchange Request Form (template provided below)
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package your item securely using the original packaging if possible
- Ship your return to our Sheffield facility (address will be provided in approval email)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value knife collections.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- For credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB), please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 hours of approval
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, model, or different knife type):
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in the request form
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received (additional charges may apply for price differences)
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective knife (rare with our quality control):
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label if needed
- Choose between a full refund or expedited replacement
