All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping (£12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Includes full tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Includes basic tracking
Note: We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Please contact us before ordering if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (with exceptions noted above). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Returns & Exchanges
While we meticulously inspect every knife before shipment, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Our Sheffield-based team ensures this process is as sharp and efficient as our blades.
Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all protective coverings intact
- Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required
Important:
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Personalized or custom-engraved knives
- Knives that have been sharpened after delivery (including professional sharpening)
- Used knives or those showing signs of wear
Step-by-Step Return Process

- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Securely: Use original packaging when possible to prevent damage

Refund Details
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

Exchange Process

Damaged or Defective Items
