  • Free Shipping via EMS for orders over £50 (15-25 business days)

5.2 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

5.3 Delivery Issues

Report non-delivery within 30 days of expected delivery date. We’ll investigate but cannot guarantee resolution for issues beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

You may return unused items in original packaging within 15 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns of:

  • Personalized/custom-engraved knives
  • Knives that have been sharpened after delivery
  • Used knives or those showing wear

6.2 Return Process

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.
